Unfortunately, they couldn't put enough desalination plants in the West to satisfy the population needs, especially in California where the Enviros wouldn't allow it to begin with. Still waiting for someone to bring up the idea of an aqueduct from the mighty Columbia River (OR/WA border) down to Cali.

I personally believe natural resources is God's way of telling us where our population should be living. What happens with the aqueduct after the next earthquake hits?

SFC (Join to see) - 1. A gate gets shut above the break. 2. Aqueduct gets rebuilt. 3. Gate gets re-opened. 4. Water and life go on.
