While Ukrainian forces fight against the Russian military's invasion, hackers from around the world are causing disruption to Russia’s digital infrastructure.

Many of these appear to be against surface level targets so there's no real harm other than to everyday Russian life. I just saw one group claiming to have compromised a nuclear power plant. That worries me. Also, I think back to my time in the military cyber/intel world and wonder how much these folks will be making it harder for our guys gathering intel and setting up our own cyber ops.
