Never head of the CSS. I suppose my roommate in Germany was a cryptologist, actually. She decrypted and encrypted and relayed messages . . . on a 24 hour manning schedule. So it seems a slam dunk guess that she was!

..."In 1996, Director, NSA/Chief, CSS U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Kenneth A. Minihan approved the creation of a CSS seal designed to represent the combined commands. The emblem displays the five Service Cryptologic Components, which are comprised of the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command; U.S. Marine Corps Director of Intelligence; U.S. Army’s Intelligence and Security Command; 16th Air Force (Air Forces Cyber); and U.S. Coast Guard Deputy Assistant Commandant for Intelligence. Each are equally balanced around a five point star centered on the symbol of NSA, who provides the funding, direction, and guidance to all of America’s SIGINT activities."
