Congress gave final approval Monday to legislation that for the first time would make lynching a federal hate crime in the U.S., sending the bill to President Joe Biden to sign into law.
Years in the making, the Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Act is among some 200 bills that have been introduced over the past century that have tried to ban lynching in America.

(Translation: thus always to tyrants). With that doff of the cap to John Wilkes Booth, who spoke the same words after assassinating the “race-traitor” Abraham Lincoln in 1865, the protesters once again bared their racist fangs.
This makes sense for a group of “patriots” who often show up to such rallies with protest signs, guns AND Confederate flags as they “fight against tyranny” across the country.”
