*sigh* This is an embarrassing problem for education, but it is not new. John Oliver of "Last Week Tonight" did an episode about charter schools way back in 2016. Along with unqualified teachers, some 'schools' conducted irrelevant field trips or allowed their campus to be a nightclub serving alcohol after hours.
