Never to old to take a walk, an amble, a hobble or throw sponges at the TV.

Exercise is better than a juice cleanse.

Personally, I don’t have anxiety or stress. What I don’t want is for everyone around the world to do is forget the inhumanity shown by the Russians on a daily basis.
