A federal judge has thrown out a felony obstruction charge leveled against a Jan. 6 defendant, saying the man’s alleged conduct doesn’t fall under the statute used by prosecutors in dozens of cases related to the 2021 breach of the U.S. Capitol.

I never understood this action by how many? Who the hell has time to drive to DC and protest? Much less, trespass on public property and scare folks?
I realize, this event happened after a lot of emotional criminal riot issues in large Democrat ran cities and election concerns. But still, just make sure your perimeter has secure voting and destroy the Globalist's agenda of making America a third world county in November.
