Common sense that is not so common anymore? Your resume represents YOU, if there are Grammatical or Punctuation errors in it, maybe they should eliminate you from consideration.

Good to have someone else proof it for you. And read it backwards, word by word, that helps to catch spelling errors.

Great share, Lt Col Charlie Brown! As part of my Consulting Company many years ago, I did resume's for clients... I was surprised how many people did not have a clue how important it is to have as perfect a resume as possible! That said, many people thanked me for the professional resumes that I prepared for them... Spelling and Punctuation is a key part of any resume, and of course the right background is the most important in my view...
