Well, luckily for us, we learned that Russia's "growling bulldog" of a military was more of an angry Pomeranian, and that their logistical capabilities are really underwhelming.
That will certainly come in handy later on when it comes to both negotiation and planning.

- Lack of mobility and fighting in a column formation is stupid.
- Hand held missiles and drones are significant weapons systems.
- Need beans, bullets, and fuel.
- If there is no one single general running the Ukraine campaign then that is stupid.
- If you can't maneuver you will become sitting ducks.
- Russian fighter planes need guided missiles. They fly low because of that fact and become vulnerable to SAMs.
- The soldiers and generals need to be more competent.
- The Russian army needs to increase their security as the Ukranian army use guerilla like tactics.
- I am confused about the original Russian objective as they start to pare down operations.

"What lessons can the US Army learn from Russia's war against Ukraine?
-- In the dusty California desert, U.S. Army trainers are already using lessons learned from Russia's war against Ukraine as they prepare soldiers for future fights against a major adversary such as Russia or China. The role players in this month's exercise at the National Training Center speak Russian."
