They are not bad. Used to throw them into a pan of hot oil right after castrating the calf. Just a little cleaning.

PO2 Marco Monsalve I'm still not Thoroughly Sold, But I'll damn near try anything. Living in Asian Communities I Developed a Love of Chicken Hearts, Nothing Better for Breakfast than Fried Chicken Hearts.
