The article mentions the fears of some German legislators that Putin would consider the shipments an "Act of War" failing to understand that if Russia isn't stopped now, they'll be looking at invading forces anyway.

Nato for better or worse has started an economic way with Russia. Typically, in the past this economic stuff was taboo and would not be touched even during wars. Well, we opened the door and it's "root hog or die".

SGT (Join to see) I think they understand that. I think that they don't want to risk accelerating putin's timeline by providing equipment to Ukraine. At least, the 100 that voted against don't.
