This will get the liberals undies in a knot if it is true! Seems the overturning of Roe V Wade would turn abortion back to the states. Each state would craft its own abortion laws. Who ever leaked it is in deep trouble if it is real.

5 Supreme Court Justices lied at their confirmation hearings. They all said Roe v Wade was "settled" law.
I never again want to hear any Republican talk about individual freedom, liberty, or government interfering in our personal lives.

Slavery was settled law, prohibition was settled law etc. The judicial branch is independent branch. It is ridiculous to think a Judicial nominee can say how they will vote during the senate hearing.
