The Supreme Court give the and the Supreme Court can take away. We were never a Democracy. Franklin said “Democracy is two wolfs and a sheep discussing what’s for diner”

That's incorrect, we are a federal republic that uses representative democracy.

Capt Gregory Prickett - exactly where did I say we were a republic. I believe I used Franklin’s definition of a Democracy.

LTC David Brown - you said that "[w]e were never a Democracy", which is incorrect. We've always been a republic that uses representative democracy. Always.

Ben Franklin also pushed for the representative democracy that formed the backbone of the republic, over the concerns of numerous delegates. And when asked what the government would be at the end of the Constitutional Convention, he replied: "A republic, if you can keep it." Another source substitutes "democracy" for republic.

So unelected judges coming to a decision proves elections don't work? Is that our thesis?
