I think we are seeing the taillights of COVID as it drives away and becomes something that is no longer a pandemic but something that simmers in the background. Ultimately not in the way we wanted, nor in the timeline we wanted, but the vaccine did what it needed to do.

I believe in a year it will only be a bad memory except for our government using it as an excuse to take away everyone's freedoms every time they yell "Emergency!".
