Cpl Vic Burk Should be Interesting! In Military Law the Books are stacked against the Accused with One Significant Exception, Rules of "Evidence" Make a Prosecutors Job "More Challenging". Respectfully CTO1 Wm "Chip" Nagel USN(R) Naval District Washington Badge #9, Master at Arms to Chief of Staff Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel As we always said in the Corps, "You're guilty until you can prove yourself innocent!" This guy is going to most likely end up with a bad conduct discharge.

Everyone is entitled to their day in court. If found guilty I hope he has a very long time to reflect on his actions.
