Little Rock water tower vandal leaves interesting mark on Johnny Cash mural

You won't believe what happened to the Johnny Cash water tower in Little Rock, Arkansas. A sharp shooting sniper pinged a whole in just the right spot in the tower & now it's raining all the time there!! Gotta get that fixed before the town loses all it's water. Some people have quite the humor & also a dang good shot too... :)
