Officer ‘motorboated’ subordinate at promotion ceremony, retires after guilty plea

What a plea deal. He should have been dismissed and is not someone I want in my officer corps. Let him have a discharge that allows VA benefits (not retirement) but I do not want him as an officer. If I had seem him do that and it was clearly not consensual as a major I probably would have decked him. Consensual still not acceptable but an ass chewing. This is disgusting.

I still think his retirement pay should be deposited in a restitution fund for this dirt bags actions.
