This "LEADING FROM BEHIND" mentality needs to stop. They (these Progressive Democrats) are actually beginning to radically increase people's suffering. There is the possibility some death can be connected to these supply shortages.

Remember the daisy cutter from Vietnam that would be 7.5 tons of TNT that would destroy a jungle to make a landing zone. Gotta save the environment, right? Let's strip mine the landscape for batteries but not put in an oil pipeline. Let's all forget that without the pipeline, we now get to carry the oil by truck or by train, which of course is better for the environment, right?

Gas / Diesel / Aircraft fuel are all needed, and we have only seven major refineries in the United States. The price of all fossil fuels is going up per the design of the Biden Administration. It is what this administration wants, so that people will look to alternatives. Unfortunately, no real alternatives exist right now. All the EV makers are at capacity and have at least a year's backlog.
It would be fantastic if we could have a conversation about a transition timeline from fossil fuel to greener energy but nope that conversation is shutdown, just like the oil and gas leases. How about keeping natural gas and nuclear? Nope they may be clean but not Democrat clean. It is frustrating to know that all citizens must pay a high price due to lack of good policy.
