Bowsher High School grad who served in Marines honored in wreath ceremony

..."He was a marine that exhibited integrity and dedication and would go above and beyond the call of duty to protect his brothers," Joseph's mother Elizabeth Myers said.
Other graduates honored were William Wirick, Ralph Boggess III and Jason Benford who were killed in action in 1968, 1969 and 2005 respectively.
Bowsher was once again granted a Purple Star Award for its continued involvement and development for military students and families."
