EFT/Tapping is AWESOME! have used it for years. Sometimes, it's the only thing that can help. Then, it's just a matter of do you remember? I forget to take pain meds, too. Just too used to it always hurting.

Forgot to say, they were doing a trial to see how it helped veterans with PTSD, and when done with a qualified practitioner, it was having a LOT of success. Another tool in the toolbox.
