Are there others that know random stuff that could collaborate. I'm kinda an insane guy. I've put in work and even went a little overboard all over.

It is an outstanding product. But the reality is that until we fix our issues with authorities in regards to authorization - we end up only slowly reacting to others who steal the initiative. We have some of the most talented folks in the world - but if we are unable to get our own senior leaders to understand stovepipes do not work -- we wont be able to forge the most effective weapon of this century.
As to opinion - it is difficult to sway without continued efforts for months and years. When was the last time we focused on PAOs and the lessons learned in the last years of the Long War? There is a lot to learn there - especially from Iraq where one TF PAO really trailblazed the future for PSYOP and PAO in how he was able to beat out enemies in the releases.
