LTC Eugene Chu I saw this guy on the News today... one of those killed was his cousin. Now he has to help bury all 19.

..."A Texas funeral worker who was one of the first people to come face-to-face with a gunman at Robb Elementary School last month said he immediately armed himself to stop the shooter but was stopped by police, leaving him feeling guilty that he couldn’t do more.

Cody Briseno said he was working at a funeral home near the Uvalde school when he saw shooting suspect Salvador Ramos crash his pickup truck in a nearby ditch and emerge from the vehicle with an “evil look” on his face, he told NBC News in an interview that aired Sunday.

“We locked eyes and he gave me this vibe. I told him, are you OK? Me thinking he was dazed out,” he said of that May 24 encounter."...

Heads are going to roll in the police department. Democrats are foaming at the mouth because they are glad they caught a republican state with police who had no plan. Changes will be made. But I bet you the school district superintendent fighting tooth-and-nail to not allow workers in the school to have weapons. I know many Texas schools have warning signs outside saying that the school has armed people. There's nothing wrong with the vice principal or a janitor who have gun permits to be able to carry or have the weapon available. Concealed carry is the way to go. Even liberal Washington State has open carry permits available and I actually saw them having a holstered weapon near farmers market in Seattle Washington. Don't be surprised at some of these police officers commit suicide because they didn't do The Charge of the Light Brigade like they should have. Also, schools now need to know to not prop doors open. It is very sad that so many kids died but the golden hour wasn't follow it. Had those officers stormed in the first 15 minutes, I bet you one quarter of those kids would have lived because they wouldn't have bled to death.

60 homicides in Chicago in the month of May and most of them were headshots.

Correction they were not headshots.

Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot is alarmed but I know she probably has a district attorney who will probably be just as bad as the ones being recalled in LA and San Francisco. They probably won't prosecute these Thugs and will come out and go shoot somebody. Since I listen to the Black Lying Marxists vilifying police, I bet your police morale is low and they are quitting and drove like they are in Seattle.

While politicians in the USA and Canada try to secure more gun control, they probably ignore simple things like keeping doors locked and Reporting people. We have to also fall District Attorneys who will not prosecute or who will also give them light sentences like the guy who murdered people in the parade in December. He happened to be black and that really pisses off the media.

Please don't patronize me saying this is a right-wing paper. This is from Canada.

So a "good guy with a gun" couldn't stop the "bad guy with a gun". But neither did the local cops. It took federal police to stop him. Too bad they weren't there in time to stop 21 innocent lives from being taken.

Those left-wing heroes such as ANTIFA and BLM didn't show up and "stop the bad guy" either. As far as that goes, many of the left-wing heroes only cause more issues.

This isn't a left versus right thing. This is a "cops not doing their job" thing. Every single one of those officers who stood around with their thumbs up their collective asses should be fired. Defund the Uvalde Police and find some people who are willing to do their job the right way.
