A company can close its doors anytime they want and for any reason. If union wages caused the profit margins to the point where they can't pay for the space and supplies then it has the right to close. NY ain't cheap. Businesses are in business to make money...not to provide a job for someone. I don't like Starbucks at all anyway...tastes like it is burnt.
