We've been shopping for smartphones since our old 3G one becomes obsolete next month. Anyhow I've been looking at articles concerning smartphones and came across this article on the VA site. Had no idea this program existed, won't work for me but might help others.

My Local VA Rep Told Me About That Program A Month Ago, They Will Pay $ 30.00 A Month On Your Cable / Internet and Land Line, I Signed Up and Got A The Credit on my Comcast Bill For June

We just upgraded to Samsung S22 ($800) for free (kinda). Any old Samsung as trade in. We used our old Galaxy Primes and kept our S9s. There is a contract involved, but if your not intending to change carriers anyway...... Same deal for Apple users.

Our Samsung S22s arrived today, they wouldn't give any trade for our old S7 but pretty sure that's because it was the last 3G they made and anything 3G is junk in a month or two.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen Yeah, staying on top of this stuff is crazy. I'm retired. Don't want to learn anything new. AT&T had our deal, they took our old Primes. Spoke with my cousin in E. TX. She said they only take S1s and later there. With the Prime gone, the S9s become the heart of our Rube Goldberg (is that insensitive? Can't keep up) security system in the moho. Next phone likely a Cricket, extra large buttons. Or a call button at Mountain View.
