This investigation only highlights the difference between liberals and conservatives and even Republicans and Democrats. For the liberals and Democrats it is total war with 24/7 efforts to analyte anyone not part of their tribe...in this case Trump Republicans. They have in their propaganda media outlets branded them as America's enemies and everything about them is subject to intense scrutiny while the Hunter Biden's get continual soft treatment. Normally deals made months after an administration leaves office (particularly Democrat ones) are deemed "not news worth" and certainly not worth the time of a Congressional inquiry. Another thing is that this Jan 6th Committee is purely another attempt to destroy Donald Trump and Trump Republicans. And like the Russia Probs that spent millions and produce nothing but political Kabuki theater, I suspect this will be the same.

Each side labeling the other as enemies is an emotional approach that is designed to get an emotional response. Logic is lost at that point and so is communication. If you tell me I am not a real American or an enemy of the state simply because we disagree on an issue I am not likely to continue a discussion with you. Neither of us benefit by that response since I have no opportunity to learn for you and you my deprived of an opportunity to learn something as well.
