CW4 Guy Butler It doesn't take a lot for the diseases to get re-established in an area that is free of disease. Get a group of anti-vaccine parents that will not vaccinate their children, plus exposure and you get a pocket of disease.

Perhaps immigration can have unintended consequences. Eradicated in 2003, now making a comeback. What has changed in London? Seems like there needs to be a big push to vac the unvaccinated. I can understand why people may be hesitant about the new mRNA vac, but the polio vac has been safe and effective for decades.
