We had these concerns in the 60’s and 70’s, but Roundup was “THE” answer. USDA pushed the products. Dad had a federal pesticide license to put stuff on crops, so he used them a lot. He later got Parkinson’s, which we now know came from Roundup.

MCPO Hilary Kunz In the 50s it was concerns about DDT! We continue to see numerous class action law suits relentlessly advertised on t.v. the payouts still not having resulted in a total ban of the toxic ingredients! When they are the cheapest ingredients available, cities continue to use them and do not inform of the spraying schedules.

I remember that, Dad wasn’t happy about it, because it worked so well. We did all the mixing, spraying, no protection whatsoever, because it was just for plants/insects so it wouldn’t affect us. We thought then. I can still remember the acrid smell of the spray rig.

Excellent share MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. Thanks!
It is a topic that needs to be emphasized so much more! I get GM watch notification - over a decade at least. That the associated problems continue without being considered intentional negligence is beyond rational comprehension, imo.
