They cut NATO to the bone on the peace dividend when the cold war ended (took a hiatus). No one seems to have ever studied European history. It all goes in cycles. We never seem to learn that history constantly repeats itself cause nothing changes in Europe. Thanks for the great share MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. .
