There is a significance. 2 million military members comprising of AC, RC, and NG = 2 million. US population of adults = 258 million. That means .78% of the population are in the military, but 6.4% of the domestic terrorism is conducted by military members. That means military members are 8.20 times more likely to be involved in domestic terrorism.
