I find it interesting that FL had basically no problems with massive mail in and drop boxes. But, then again, you had to order your ballot, each ballot had a serial number, you could mail it in or drop it off. You also had to be a registered, legal voter.

Our Supreme Court (I live in Wisconsin) did not say that mail in ballots using mail boxes was illegal. Those remain a viable way to handle ballots. Drop boxes remain legal in clerk's offices. I fail to see how a USPS mail box is significantly different than drop boxes. Mail boxes are, of course, a less efficient way to handle ballots given the record of lost mail. I always voted in person (except when I was deployed) so it has no effect on me
