It definitely is...it is like a big OPEN sign that calls people, many of whom will die enroute

And how many are going to commit a crime? The people encouraging all this on both sides of the border know under 18 year olds are more likely to stay. And that since they are minors and will be treated as just our crime goes up cause the people who want to destroy america know exactly how to use our own juvenile laws to their advantage.
