There was some skepticism among conservatives here on RP and in the broader community if this happened. The skepticism was reasonable, but it would seem we now have verification that it did indeed happen.

I believe it was the WaPo that initially issued the skepticism. Now we can let Ohio decide whether their laws are too harsh and/or should allow for specific waivers. My personal opinion... I hope they do.
