China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Zhao Lijian, hinted at China’s unwillingness to seek new sanctions should North Korea conduct another nuclear test, noting that “sanctions won’t help solve the problem” and that “[t]he US should adopt some visible measures instead of merely paying lip service so that the two sides could meet each other halfway.”...
