I don’t believe killing Human Life fits into any state constitutions, laws, or anything else that should go on in a civilized society.

So, you oppose the death penalty in all circumstances?

SFC Terry Stinnett - You remind me of the devil quoting scripture.

I didn't say anything about my personal opinions, I spoke about: "state constitutions, laws, or anything else that should go on in a civilized society."

But for the answer you are fishing for: I do believe in an exception that allows the death penalty for heinous crimes subject to stringent review just like I believe in in an exception that allows abortion subject in cases of rape. To every rule there is an exception that needs to be looked at in the correct context. MHO

Hopefully in the case of Kansas, women can keep their rights and healthcare.
