It wasn't a constitutional right...that was the point of overturning it. Now it is back to the states or the Congress can add an amendment to make it one.

Exactly Charlie...people can't get that through their liberal glasses...it is a states issues...a little thing called a republic where constituents have a voice ...not justices!

The constitution does not list such rights as voting , travel, judicial review or marriage so do we throw these rights out as they are not listed in the constitution
