Here’s DoD’s plan to help the 24% of troops experiencing food insecurity

Good information SSG Robert Mark Odom. This is a serious problem for younger service members. Many young families don’t know how to budget money and plan healthy meals. I worked with many young Marine Corps families and meal planning and healthy meals made definite positive changes for the families.

Sad state of affairs when our Troops & their families are faced with this.

Maybe that should be in the recruiting handbook. Tell potential recruits they only have a 24% chance of food insecurity.
