Sure, got shortages?.. just make smaller formations. The Russians have sent hollow units into UK since Feb and still can not fill them up. Less is not better.

With waivers for inferior applicants being issued - and with the forced reduction of truly qualified personnel - the Armed Forces appear to be becoming just another form of disguised unemployment...
