One republican said spending this money should be discretionary not mandatory. Like folks had a choice to breath or not.
Another republican said it was reckless spending as the reason for his vote.

SGT (Join to see) And they say they support the military and the democrats don't. Seems to me they have turned their backs on Veterans. No wonder their are fewer and fewer willing to serve when Republicans screw with Veterans.
