This also has ripple effects into other special operations players like Psychological Operations and Civil Affairs troops. Some of these folks in both the active and Reserve are a reservoir of talent. As a Reservist, I served in both types of units and deployed during OIF for a United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command mission in C9 CFLCC at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
