Just like there needs to be an amendment for congressional term limits since SCOTUS ruled that unconstitutional in 1995 (or they overturn that ruling but unlikely). But also unlikely is Congress amending the Constitution to give themselves term limits.

Totally agree with term limits. Got to remember that when the Constitution was written the average life expectancy was around 55.
