Leadership and training matters -- but where is the emphasis on leadership and training put right now? -- should be shooting, moving, and communicating; or are the recruiting advertisements more accurate?

Well you need people to train right? And if you can't recruit people to replace those who get out, then who is left to teach those things? So yeah they need to do better with recruitment advertising.

Short cuts kill, also inattention. we have always lost folks in training- it's the nature of the beast. But leadership has to make sure safety is always present.
