A similar ballot measure will be on the ballot here in Arkansas. The medical marijuana initiative turned the whole thing into a racket. The recreational just extends that cash grab for the rich few, keeps startups out of the mix, and reduces the rights of the end users. Very typical good ole boy southern politics.

I agree. This one adds some new producers and retailers. I doubt it will have much effect on end users. Another is being prepared for 2024. It seems better all around. It is backed by Arkansas NORMAL.
