I am grateful for the 2nd coming of the muscle car. A decade from now, a used car lot of EVs 8 years old with a $10 grand midlife battery replacement will be required to drive it off of the lot. I am glad I have a V6/ 30 MPG Challenger SXT Plus that is 7 years old and the car only 55k miles on it. My battery costs $200. The car runs great and it has a large trunk and the back seat fits 2 adults with lots of leg room.
EVs are not perfect and you are NOT saving the earth.
