Glad they have the opportunity for training - the more one "sweats and bleeds" in training, the less they'll do it in combat {ie. on the street}

CSM Chuck Stafford Exactly, How We did things in the Naval Security Group and Pacific Fleet. In this Case I am MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) Trained. First Half of the Course is De-escalation.
