In combatants I see complex PTSD, substance abuse, profound moral injury and a high risk of suicide.

Excellent info share Lt Col Charlie Brown , as I told my PCP a while back, while some people go to the corner store to get their remedy for their PTSD, I take a walk to my target range, and wack a few targets and by time I"m done, I've come out of my funk.
