Culturally, back in the day! Issues regarding Mental health were taboo! We may have needed those services, but declined out of fear! For some, asking for help was considered a sign of weakness, but in hindsight is a show of strenght!

Some might say, that. an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! As current members of our Armed Forces or those retired. Often we may not always recognize the signs and symptoms of needing assistance with concerns regarding mental health. So, if you know someone in need, please convince them to see help, because sharing is really caring!
