Michigan woman arrested for failing to scan all items at Walmart self-checkout

Why do they even bother with security or security cameras if they won't enforce it?

Once I saw a woman scan everything, put it all back in her cart and then leave the store without paying. I reported it but nobody did a thing about it.

When I worked at Walmart, I saw this occur every month. One Dude went as far to send His Son back into the store to retrieve one bag of unscanned items.
