Donald Trump's favorite tactic: throw someone else under the bus. His lawyers are attempting to claim that his CFO of 40+ years was responsible and did this all behind the Trump Organization's back.

The good news is if they could seat an impartial jury in New York, they can certainly seat one in Washington DC, and Georgia.
