I feel if there was a smoking gun it would have been paraded endlessly long before now. There will be, of course, some kind of "trumped" up charges, but mainly to save face for those who ordered the raid.

1SG Steven Imerman - We would have been in the same situation if Trump had shredded all those documents. HRC destroyed 30K pieces of email saying they were personal. Were they? Now that's the rub isn't it? Based on 30K being deleted I doubt, even with good intentions, anyone checked every single email to make sure none of them were government in nature. That's why it is a very bad practice to use a personal email account for government business and she should have known better. But I suspect there is a lot of arrogance in both of those people and they think they always know better even if they don't.
Had Trump destroyed all those documents his detractors may have claimed some of them were classified but they would never really know without some sort of outside evidence.
