MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. Interesting article. I haven't heard about this for years but I can see why the homeless would be most at risk due to living in deplorable conditions.

According to the left accepting people in squalor is loving kindness. Not only is there a resurgence of “trench fever” but typhus is returning. Isn’t this all wonderful?
